Had my first balayage experience here and trimmed my hair a little. DoA was very meticulous. Price point was high (which I didn’t know and prolly was related to my hair colour that I wanted) however service was good and they explained the price to me at the start of the appointment. It was amazing experience with Ember. My hair honestly was sooo weired and damaged before, wanted to fix. Enquired hair dying and coluring to Joonhair. They told me they will use premium hair bleaching product. I booked, and I attended. Firstly, the shop is clean, cool, warm, and staffs are friendly. Ember looks professionals and tried to communicate with customers as much as possible :) Second, Ember catched my ideal hair colour and explained the process for me. My damaged hair perfectly be managed without further damages. I love it!!!! 🥹❤️ Also, Service and quality 100/100, I really want to re-visit the shop for my hair

Su did a really good job perming my hair, it came out really curly and she was honest with me about what was achievable with my thinner western hairtype, I have previously bleached tips on my hair (4 years old) and she did a test strip for me to see if I had to cut them off, the test drip turned out promising so we went ahead and did my whole head without having to trim. Absolutely recommend Su at Joonhair Sunnybank 🥰
